What if we were to let go of outcomes and simply allowed ourselves to show up for the process? Could we be here solely for the curiosity, a playful and sometimes perhaps painful inquiry, could we stay with it for a moment?
This is not an artistic flex, this is meant purely as a somatic exploration, a creative inquiry- bringing us closer to the sensations without the need for analytical deconstruction or critiquing. Staying with the idea that whatever comes up, must eventually come out. In this way, we could see this process as a purging of so called rules, an undoing of habits, allowing us to widen our inner

daughteroftheburn is a multi experimental, healing arts practice based in Brussels, Belgium. I am inviting us to come together, to gather and share in a curious, playful manner, honouring our sovereign and collective ritual practices as a form of SACRED PLAY. The process will grow as we find our way along the path. I hope these initial practices will offer an internal processing, where we move into a fuller connection, one where our belly becomes our head and our heart moves into our hands.
